How we build and run Qourt
Microsoft Teams
The Qourt framework is integrated with Microsoft Teams, sending meeting information (case number, case title, event, date and time) to parties and stakeholders automatically. Scheduling and calendaring manage courtrooms and hearings by judges' availability and publish daily, weekly and monthly cause lists to multiple channels, including the court's public portal.
Microsoft Azure
Azure DevOps manages customizations, testing, implementation, operations and support for the Qourt framework, bringing stakeholders, project managers and support teams together to plan work, develop code, and build and deploy applications.
Analytics
Qourt Intelligence turns the data a court generates into intuitive visualizations, analytics and reports for informed decisions that improve court performance. It runs on Microsoft Power BI, AI and ML, and connects easily to multiple data sources.
Qourt security
Clearly defined methodologies, policies and procedures manage security across transactions, processes, infrastructure and the application environment. The Qourt Software Framework complies with the ISO 27000 family at all levels, is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO/IEC 27040:2015, and complies with ISO/IEC 27034-1:2011 for application security.
Project delivery
Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD): developers merge changes frequently, and automated tests run on every commit to keep the main version stable, through implementation and post-implementation support.
